We bought these radios for my in-laws after my wifes Father had a stroke. He no longer has good mobility but he manages to get around the house and yard. They like them because they give my Mother and Father in-law more independence, freedom and peace of mind. The battery life, range and clarity are all very good.

Good for about a mile in a suburban neighborhood. Haven’t tested them farther. Great battery life. Easy to switch channels when picking up interference. Bought them for pre-teen kids to have when out of the house. The kids can work them easily. No issues.

I bought these two-way radios to take on a cruise so I could keep track of the kids while on board the ship. The radios were useless. I could use the radios to communicate as long as I could see the other person/radio. If the other person/radio was on a different deck or behind a wall, the radios did not communicate.

I tried using several different frequencies, but nothing worked.

Other families were successfully using two-way radios on the ship (and I could hear their conversations on my radio), but I could never get my Midland LXT345VP3 to work.

Total waste of time and money.
